WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information about you when you provide it to us, when you use our Services, and when other sources provide it to us, as further described below.

When you register to use software, device or website, or contact us for support or other offerings, PICASO 3D collects information that identifies you. This includes:

  • your device (manufacturer, model, IP address)

To help keep our databases current and to provide you the most relevant content and experiences, we may combine information provided by you with information from third party sources, in accordance with applicable law. For example, the size, industry, and other information about the company you work for (where you have provided company name) will be obtained from sources including other sites and information service providers.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

You directly provide PICASO 3D with most of the data we collect.
Website. We collect information about how you use our website. Depending on the software or website, this information may be anonymous or it may be associated with you. It includes:
  • IP address
  • type of browser and device
  • webpage that led you to an PICASO 3D website
  • search terms entered into a search engine which led you to an PICASO 3D website
  • use and navigation of websites and apps (collected through cookies and similar technologies, or by PICASO 3D servers when you are logged in to the website).
PICASO 3D software activation and automatic updates.
When you activate your PICASO 3D software or when you install updates to the software, we collect information about:
name
company name
type of activity
email address
telephone number
address
your device (manufacturer, model, IP address)
software (version, date of activation, successful and unsuccessful updates)
your device (manufacturer, model, IP address).

PICASO 3D software using. In the process of using the software, statistics are collected, similar to a web cookies - login time, user ID, software version, operating system version, etc.

We can also collect technical data of the device connected to the software - readings from all sensors, settings of internal systems, mac-address, etc.

We do not collect information about the content of custom 3D model files that you upload to the software. At the same time, we can collect information from the settings files inside the program (settings presets) in order to provide you with access to them when you work on another device.

If you do not use PICASO 3D software, but connect the device purchased from us to a network with Internet access and activate data transmission, then we also collect technical data of the device for analytics and the provision of some services available from the device directly.

PICASO 3D emails. Emails we send you may include a technology (called a web beacon) that tells PICASO 3D whether you have received or opened the email or clicked a link in the email. If you do not want us to collect this information, you can contact info@picaso-3d.ru.

You can also voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

HOW WILL WE USE YOUR DATA?

How we use the information we collect depends in part on which Services you use, how you use them, and any preferences you have communicated to us. Below are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collect about you.

To provide the Services and personalize your experience: We use information about you to provide the Services to you, including to process transactions with you, authenticate you when you log in, provide customer support, and operate, maintain, and improve the Services. We automatically analyze and aggregate frequently used search terms to improve the accuracy and relevance of suggested topics that auto-populate when you use the search feature. In some cases, we apply these learnings across our Services to improve and develop similar features, to better integrate the Services you use, or to provide you with insights based on how others use our Services. We also test and analyze certain new features with some users before rolling the feature out to all users.

To communicate with you about the Services: We use your contact information to send transactional communications via email and within the Services, including confirming your purchases, reminding you of subscription expirations, responding to your comments, questions and requests, providing customer support, and sending you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. These communications may be informed by audits of interactions (like counting ad impressions) and are aimed at driving engagement and maximizing what you get out of the Services, including information about new features, survey requests, newsletters, and events we think may be of interest to you. Your personal information and files are stored on PICASO 3D’s servers and the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us. PICASO 3D takes security of data very seriously.
PICASO 3D works hard to protect information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the information we collect, process and store, and the current state of technology. PICASO 3D has received internationally recognized security certifications. Given the nature of communications and information processing technology, PICASO 3D cannot guarantee that information during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others. When you click a link to a third-party site, you will be leaving our site and we don’t control or endorse what is on third-party sites.

IDENTIFYING THE DATA CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR

Data protection law in certain jurisdictions differentiates between the “controller” and “processor” of information. In general, you are the controller of your data. In general, PICASO 3D is the processor of your data and the controller of other information.

HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

If you are a member of an organization, PICASO 3D may share your username, usage information, software and device Information associated with that organization with an owner and/or administrator of the organization, to the extent that such information is provided only to investigate or respond to a security incident that affects or compromises the security of that particular organization.

For legal disclosure. PICASO 3D strives for transparency in complying with legal process and legal obligations. Unless prevented from doing so by law or court order, or in rare, exigent circumstances, we make a reasonable effort to notify users of any legally compelled or required disclosure of their information.
